What are ICM's commissions or fees?
All trading with ICM is commission-free, and there are no fees for trading.  ICM seeks only to capture a portion of the bid-ask sread.

Does ICM offer interest-free or shariah accounts?
Yes, all accounts with ICM are interest-free and Shariah compliant.   There is only a roll charge on open positions of $1 per lot per day that the position is open.
