Spreads and Margin
Spreads: ICM offers the most competitive
spreads in the industry. Some brokers offer spreads "as
low as", only to have them widen during news or fast markets -
just when you want to be trading. ICM's spreads are
always fixed
at the low levels shown below.
Margin: ICM offers the lowest margin requirements in the industry. Clients can trade on leverage of 400:1 in major currencies, or 0.25% margin. Indices and commodities are even more advantageous at approximately 1%. Trading with another broker or on the futures exchange will require posting 5 to 10 times more margin for the same transaction.
Rollover Cost: Approximately 1 pip per day.
